Priscilla Pointer, acclaimed actress of stage and screen, has died at 100. She passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday at an assisted living facility in Ridgefield, Connecticut, her son, director David Irving, confirmed.Known for playing Rebecca Barnes Wentworth on Dallas and for acting alongside her daughter, Amy Irving,Pointer was also the mother-in-law of Steven Spielberg during his marriage to Irving.Irving paid tribute on social media, sharing photos and writing, “She most definitely will be missed,” adding that her mother had hopefully “run off with her 2 adoring husbands and her many dogs.”watch below�
