Sad News: World Famous Megachurch Pastor Suffers On

In a statement released on Sunday, November 24, via his official social media channels, it announced that he is stable and under the care of medical professionals.

The announcement followed an episode during a sermon at The Potter’s House of Dallas, where Jakes was observed pausing and being assisted by others on stage. The moment, which occurred during a live-streamed service, paid widespread attention and concern from viewers.
During today’s service, Bishop T.D. Jakes experienced a slight health incident and received immediate medical attention following his powerful hour-long message,” the church said in a statement.

In his sermon onstage, Bishop T.D. Jakes was seen sitting in a chair, wiping his forehead with a cloth, and reflecting on the toll of preaching, telling his audience, “It’s giving back more than you gave.”
